Vladimir Jovanovic, also known as Vaximilian, was born in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia in 1978, and he still lives there today. Novi Sad is the second largest city in Serbia, with a thriving population of more than 230,000. Founded in 1694, Novi Sad has a rich history of inspiring artists across the generations, and Vaximilian is no exception.

Vaximilian finished high school for graphics and Photography in 1997 and has worked as a photojournalist for a variety of newspapers and Magazines. His photographic work has been published throughout Serbia since 1996. In 2006 he began working as a stock Photographer.

Working as long as he has in the photography field, Vaximilian has a large variety of stock images in his portfolio. His pictures range from ancient Art to Agriculture, scenic landscapes and cityscapes to portraits expressing the full scope of human occupations and emotions.
