About Timothy
Tim has had a keen interest in photography since the age of nine when his parents bought him an old Brownie-Hawkeye camera. After countless shots of his sister, pets, and various farm animals, he eventually graduated to a Yashica SLR in high school and began honing his skills more in the areas of nature and landscape photography, since he is an avid hiker and backpacker.
Now for the past several years he's moved into digital photography and uses Sony DSLR bodies. Hailing for most of his life from the Vancouver, British Columbia Canada area and also where he currently resides, his photography is gaining in popularity and demand particularly within the local tourism industry where he has had work published with Chilliwack Tourism as well as Coast Hotels. Tim also maintains a growing portfolio in the stock industry as well.
When he isn't in the backcountry, he's behind the wheel of an 18 wheeler semi truck making short-haul runs within southern British Columbia. Of course the camera always comes along, so naturally commercial vehicle transportation photography also plays a part in his photography subject matter.
