Who are the Shriners?
The Shriners of North American is a Masonic fraternal order. Nearly 200 Shriners temples can be found in the United States, Mexico, Canada and the Republic of Panama. Currently there are nearly 400,000 members of this charitable organization. One of the biggest charitable programs sponsored by the Shriners is the Shriners Hospital for Children program, which has helped nearly a million kids recover from or get treatment for serious injuries and illnesses.
