About Alexey
Alexey is a Photographer, chemist, and Travel enthusiast. He lives in Indianapolis, Indiana whenever his day job stops him from traveling elsewhere. He has lugged his various cameras through 34 countries and five continents. As a lover of the outdoors the heart of Alexey's portfolio is nature Photography, but since his first love was the camera he also spends a lot of his Time in his studio shooting various still life images.
Alexey creates fine Art prints as well as stock photography images used in advertisements, editorials, and Graphic design projects. His work is included in a variety of travel books, greeting cards, and websites such as the Smithsonian Online. He is also an active contributor to many stock photography websites including iStock, Shutterstock, Fotolia, and Dreamstime. Alexey currently shoots with a Canon 5D Mark II and uses a variety of lenses and Lighting techniques to capture his images. He utilizes Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop software to process his images.
