Thank you for your easy to use templates for business cards. I spent a couple hours on line looking for a company that had easy to use templates that fit my criteria. Not only were your templates easy, but you have a lot of easy to use options like font and color. Also, uploading and placing an image was very easy, while other sites made it a giant effort of hand eye coordination.

As I mentioned before, our needs are pretty unpredictable and I will not be able to estimate when we will place our next order. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Greetings: I am writing to commend Caroline for her EXCELLENT customer service! I am a return customer after having been very pleased with an order I submitted earlier in the year. I reordered that card as well as a new product that I designed on line at your website. When I received my invoice/confirmation, I noticed that I had made a mistake in formatting. I called to correct the error and, to my surprise, Caroline had already reviewed my order, seen the error and corrected it. I had expected more of an "automated" ordering system where human intervention was available upon request... but not the norm. Awesome customer service and cards were even better than expected. I stumbled upon printbusinesscards.com doing a frustrating on-line search for business card printers. I had designed my own image, brought it to one of the commercial chains, had terrible results in the printing of my cards. I tried to contact several on-line printers after that fiasco , and all were impossible to talk to . Had to have an on-line chat which was about as useful as talking to a robot. I decided to try one more, and like a genie in a bottle, got the lovely and professional Gayle Hawkes. I was so impressed to have a live person. We talked over the details of what I wanted to accomplish. She was knowledgable and very reassuring. She took quite a bit of time with me, and I was feeling overwhelmed, and just felt like I wouldn't be able to get desired results. She was great though, and proactively worked with me to create just the right concept for my initial idea. She told me she would hand it over to her production person, Jason, and next day, got three preliminary proofs, which were all right in line with my idea. I chose one, he got back to me , fine tuned it with a final proof. I was really happy with the proof, but again as the cliche goes the proof is in the pudding. Well, I received the pudding today, and I was absolutely thrilled. They are the best. Gayle is a sweetheart and Jason was so on the money. They are competivitively priced, in fact cost no more than the lousy ones I had previously gotten printed out at the chain store. I love the fact they are so hands on, and again seem 100% committed to their product and service. I have found that to be so rare today. You would think in a struggling economy more businesses would strive to be like printbusinesscards.com. I asked Gayle to send me some of her cards today. I am actually so impressed with my cards, I can't wait to start handing them out and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
