WHAT IF I CAN'T UPLOAD?
If you are having problems uploading your file, you might find the answers you need below.
Q: I can't find the upload form!
Click here for the Upload Form.
Q: My browser is having problems uploading.
Please ensure you have the latest version of your browser software installed. The site has been tested with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple's Safari, Konqueror and Firefox.
Q: The upload page seems like it is frozen!
Please ensure you have the latest version of your browser software installed. Uploading has been tested on Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Omniweb. Early versions of Safari will not upload for longer than 10 minutes, which was fixed in OS X Tiger. It is recommended that you use Internet Explorer in this case.
Q: Can I send large files?
Files for individual cards should be about 5 mb for one-sided, full color. We can accept files up to 100mb in size. If your file is larger than 15mb please ensure that all images are at the most 350 dpi to size. Any higher resolution will not improve print quality.
Q: I have multiple files to send, such as fonts and images needed for my cards. Is there a better way of sending them?
Try using WinZip or Stuffit to compress and consolidate your files before sending them. Not only does it make the files smaller and keeps them in one piece, it ensures files are protected as they are transmitted across the Internet.
Q: I had trouble using your upload page. Are there any other options?
Use the FTP program of your choice.
These are the Settings to access our FTP site
Host Name: ftp.PrintBusinessCards.com
Password: Your Email Address (as in email@example.com)
Ensure that you are transferring files in binary format (Automatic should be fine).
Upload files to the "incoming" Directory.
Please call us and tell us you are sending files this way to ensure your order does not get delayed.
Don't have an FTP program? try these...
They are both easy to install and use, and offer free trial periods.
For Macintosh Use: Fetch
For Windows Use: CuteFTP
You can also use Explorer on Windows as an FTP client
The above only works with certain versions of Windows Internet Explorer. If it is not working, double click on my computer and enter the above address into the address bar, and it will take you to our ftp site. You should be able to drag and drop or copy and paste your files into the incoming folder, the same way you move files around in Windows. If you are asked for a login and password, use "Anonymous" as the login and your e-mail address as the password.
You can also email files to Support@CardAdmin.com if your files are small. (Most ISPs limit your attachments you can send to between 5 and 7 megs.)
You can give us a call Toll Free at 1 (888) 429-8372 and tell us how you sent your file or for more help.
Please indicate your name on all files sent to us via these alternate means.
