About Norma Cornes
I live in the UK, in Cheshire, one of the loveliest parts of the country. I love photography. I was introduced to it when I was given a tiny digital camera as a free gift for signing up for a life insurance policy. After taking a couple of pictures, I was hooked. I ended up taking courses in photography because of a free camera! Now as a photographer, part of my income is from shooting weddings and portraits, and part is from selling my images on stock photography sites. Please take a moment to view my FeaturePics portfolio. Recently, I have come to enjoy digital art. I use Bryce, Poser, and Photoshop CS3. Whole evenings seem to disappear in a moment while I am engrossed in my latest project. It is a good thing that my husband is so patient!
I am also a passionate gardener. I grow loads of flowers; most of which end up in photographs. Together with my husband, we grow enough organic fruit and vegetables to keep us self-sufficient. I also enjoy my big greyhound, once a winner on the track, but now my trusty pal. I like to relax by walking with him, and we cover many miles round the local countryside.
