Andy Nortnik is a freelance illustrator and artist from Colorado. After attaining an Associate's Degree in Visual Communications from the Colorado Institute of Art, he began working as a graphic designer for a small ad agency in 1989, before becoming a screen print artist at a sign shop.
Since that time he worked his way up in the commercial artist world, eventually becoming Senior Artist for the Sales Division of MCI/WorldCom, a Fortune 100 company. He soon began freelance work in addition to his duties at MCI, and eventually became a full-time freelance illustrator, opening his own design studio in 2000.
After more than a decade as a freelance artist and illustrator, Andy continues to love his work. His design studio has worked with names like Disney, Cabela's, Mall of America and Grease Monkey.
